By volume — how much of our truck your junk fills — not by counting individual items. You get one flat number up front, whether that's a single couch or a full garage.

Can you come out the same day?

Often, yes, especially for smaller loads. Call or text in the morning and we'll tell you honestly whether we can fit you in that same afternoon.

Do you handle renovation and construction debris?

Yes — drywall, cabinets, flooring, tile, and general contractor debris are all things we haul regularly for homeowners and contractors around Richmond.

What can't you take?

Hazardous materials — paint, chemicals, asbestos — are off limits. Nearly everything else, from furniture to yard debris, we can load and haul.

Do I have to be present for the pickup?

Not necessarily. If we've agreed on price and the items are accessible, we can often complete the job while you're at work and send a confirmation text when it's done.

Do you recycle or donate usable items?

We do. Furniture and appliances in good shape go to local donation partners, and we separate scrap metal for recycling rather than sending everything straight to the landfill.
